10/30/14 Practice Group Summary

For the 10/30/14 practice group we studied the Needs list for a few minutes, meditated using Mindfulness of Needs techniques for 30 minutes and had a short dharma talk on the contemplative group of the Buddha’s Eightfold Path–namely Right Effort, Mindfulness and Concentration-and how mindfulness of needs fits into these factors. In the last 20 minutes people shared about the experiences with the needs list. We finished up right at 9 pm.
