This Thursday November 13 we continued practicing with universal needs. We had a short talk on how our needs are affected by causes and conditions, including sacred wounds of childhood, and even though needs are universal, they vary from person to person and moment to moment.
We spent the last half hour empathy guessing, this time guessing both feelings and needs.
