Tonight we were 8 practitioners. We did a 30 minute meditation which included a guided Compassionate Embrace exercise from Robert Gonzales’ Living Compassion. A version of it is available under the Handouts. We also did some dyad connection practices and some empathy guessing. Of all the groups so far this one was the most fun for me and I think will guide the direction of the upcoming groups.
